why do people workout in converse
This week, I’m sharing a couple of quotes from other fitness experts that will give you a new perspective on those same topics.
To begin with, the quote I love most about fitness is about the mind. In the fitness industry, it’s not uncommon for a person to say, “I don’t have time to exercise” or “I don’t have the energy to exercise.
I guess the reason people say this is because they are trying to convince themselves of something, like, “I don’t have to exercise.” But it really doesn’t make sense. If you are not exercising, you aren’t exercising. If you don’t exercise, you don’t lose weight or have more energy. It’s important to exercise because we grow and change our bodies over time, but it’s also important to do the things that make us feel good.
It’s also important to realize that people are not always motivated by the things that make them feel good. In my experience, most people exercise at least to a certain extent or more, then they go to bed and say, “Ive been watching a lot of TV, I feel so much better.” While they’re watching so much TV, they get hungry, they drink lots of water, and they don’t feel good.
I agree. Exercise is one of the most important things to do, yet most people are just too busy to do it. One of the best ways to get this message across is to make it a part of your everyday routine. It doesn’t matter if you just do it for 20 minutes in the gym or if your workout consists of five pushups and 10 sit-ups, if youre doing it like that people will notice.
As we all know, the media is a huge part of our entertainment and the way we consume it. We get most of our news and entertainment from TV. But if you look at the numbers, you’ll see that about 70% of all Americans workout at least once a week. While it’s true that TV is a huge part of our entertainment, and we all need to be entertained, it’s also true that most of us are too busy to do it.
It’s true, TV is a huge part of our entertainment, but what if we were to use it in a better way. What if we were to use it to motivate us to do something important.
So as it turns out, many of us workout for social reasons, too. It’s true, it does make us feel good, but most of us don’t make exercise our top priority.
