We tend to think that the health codes are meant to keep us safe, but studies show that is actually the exact opposite. The health code is the code that we follow that tells us how to live our lives. The code does not tell us what to eat or how to breathe.

That is because the body goes into a “reward mode” after eating. That is when it uses blood sugar as fuel to get your body to work harder.
Eating too much or too fast can actually lead to blood sugar dips and fat gain. That is why there are many different types of diet plans. When you want to lose weight you can go for a low-calorie diet, which reduces the amount of sugar consumed. When you want to gain weight you can go for a high-fat diet. When you want to get healthy you can go for a low-carbohydrate diet.
The same principle applies to exercise. When you want to lose weight, you can go for a low-calorie or lower-intensity form of exercise, and when you want to gain weight you can go for a high-calorie or higher-intensity form of exercise. The health code is a great example of how things need to be kept simple to be effective.
