I’ve never been a fan of group fitness exercises. I think the social aspect is distracting and makes it harder to stick with it. I think what I love about the group fitness classes I’ve attended is that they are always in-person, and the instructor is always there to answer your questions. The in-person aspect of the classes make them more personal and meaningful.
