southern outdoor sports
I love the outdoors, so I’m always looking for ways to extend my time in the sun. In the summertime, I’m usually looking for ways to get outside and sweat it out. I’ve been a swimmer most of my life and I always find it hard to leave the pool and go for a run. I’m the type of person that is always trying to get in shape in my spare time.
So Ive seen this video recently about the benefits of running a 4 mile run in the afternoon instead of just a 10 mile run in the evening. It was a video made by an avid runner (as well as an avid cyclist) who was trying to encourage you to be a little more active in your daily life. The video is just one of the many reasons I love the outdoors, especially considering how much you can enjoy it when youre not on a run.
I like to run about 20 miles a week, and I can pretty much set up a run the way that I like it at any given time. In the morning I will set up my run to be a 5K, and in the evening I will set up my run to be a 10K. However, if I am running the morning route, I will start off with a 10K and end it with a 4K instead of a 10K as I do in the evening.
I ran a 5K last summer, and the day was perfect. I was actually running in the sun which was awesome. The air was crisp and cool, and I didn’t have to sweat much. While running I was listening to podcasts on my phone. I’ve been listening to podcasts for years, but I’ve never really taken the time to try and listen to them while running.
One of my favorite podcasts is Radio.com. Radio.com is actually a radio station that broadcasts to a lot of different podcasts. I love how they have different shows and different topics. Ive always liked to listen to music while running, but I never really felt like I had to listen to it while running. However, I recently started using my iPod and I have been listening to a ton of music while running.
The other podcasts I like to listen to are a lot of sports talk. That includes lots of other podcasts that also includes various sports talk. The best thing about podcasts is that they tell you what you want to hear. Ive never listened to a podcast where I was explicitly told what to listen to. That means a lot to me.
Podcasts are another great way to go about keeping your workout routine on track. Not only that, but they’re usually very well done. Like most podcasts, there are different types. You can listen to what you want or you can listen to the entire podcast. Podcasting can be very rewarding. The variety of music, stories, and interviews is a lot of fun.
Podcasts can also be very self-affirming. We listen to a lot of podcasts and think that they are a great way to discover ourselves. For example, in my house I listen to a lot of podcasts about body type, nutrition, and sports. We can listen to these podcasts and think about what we do or don’t like. We can listen to them in a group (or individually). We can listen to them on demand.
The problem is that the podcasts we listen to are so good that we rarely do any real investigating ourselves. A lot of these podcasts are about sports, and the ones that are the most self-affirming are the ones that are sports based. For example, we listen to podcasts about tennis and I have to admit that I love playing. I enjoy watching a tennis match with the tennis players playing and I love watching the players themselves.
