For me the most important aspect of the app is that it gives you a visual of your progress and how you are doing, instead of a timer. This is why I found it so useful. I love exercise videos, and I enjoy watching those on my iPad. But I hate using a timer when I workout. I don’t want to see how far I am from my goal. I don’t want to see how many reps I have left.
The app is an app for your health, the more you know about your body the better you can adjust your workouts. I don’t recommend that you spend more than a few minutes a day doing workout apps, but if you are a serious exerciser, then it’s worth the effort.

It can be downloaded for free for iOS devices from the App Store. For Android users, the app is free from Google Play. The app will keep you on track for the entire day, so you can easily set up a workout schedule.
So if you’re a serious exerciser, or just want to keep yourself on track for the day, then I recommend downloading this app. This isn’t a fitness regimen, its a tool for keeping your life on track. By going to the gym and working out, you’re doing your body a disservice and giving it a bad name.
