I LOVE to work out, and I love my workouts to be enjoyable, too. But I hate to see my workout time take over so much of my life just because I can’t get a good workout in (not that I don’t know how). In fact, I hate it so much that I’ve tried to create a workout schedule to fit my busy life.
I was thinking about the same thing. I tried to create a workout schedule for my life (which I thought sounded like a good idea at the time) but realized it was so much more difficult than I thought. I even went so far as to create a blog about it ( and the fact that I actually manage to get myself into a workout every day is actually pretty impressive.
Here’s another problem with the gym, you feel compelled to make it a “healthy” one because you know that you wont actually make it healthy. The gym is the place to be for the majority of people. If you go to the gym because you know you won’t make it healthy, you’ll end up with a bunch of junk in your body that you don’t even know you’re carrying around.
I’m not really sure why people use this as an excuse. I think it is because they want to feel good. I mean really, if you’re going to go to a gym and you’re going to workout, you should go the gym. You should be able to take in a good workout, not one that’s going to leave you feeling like you’ve been punched in the face.
As a person who works out, and often, I can understand why people go to the gym. But, is it really the right thing to do all the time? I think that the vast majority of people who go to the gym are doing it for some other reason. Theyre doing it because they enjoy it. I think the majority of people who go to the gym, who go to the gym to feel good, are doing it to exercise their body, not for some other reason.
Yes, I think this is a good thing that they are doing it to exercise their body (and thus reduce their chance of becoming fat). But it doesnt seem to be the right thing to do for the majority of people who go to the gym.
So I went to the gym for about a month and then I didnt feel good. So I switched it up to some other form of exercise. I didnt like the yoga or pilates. I didnt like the dumbbells and so on. I dont know why I was so upset. But I dont think it is the right form of exercise to do.
You are correct that it is the wrong form of exercise to do. That is why you should do it only in the right form. It is also the right form to do if you are not going on some type of weight loss program. People who have a lot of weight to lose will do it right and make their bodies stronger. The wrong form of exercise will not do anything for your body.
