I have a lot of friends who can only do one thing at a time. Some of the most interesting conversations I have had with my friends about this have revolved around getting up early so they could go to the gym or to their other friends’ houses for a quick workout.
There’s a saying that if you don’t want to die, you have to go out and do something. This is especially true with exercising because it’s one of the only things we can do that doesn’t involve going to extreme lengths to get up earlier than we actually have to.
As someone who hates exercise, I think theres a lot to be said for getting up early. Although, I do feel guilty about this. I have gotten up at least an hour earlier than I have normally and I can always tell how tired I am, and I feel guilty about it. I think that this is why I am able to do so many awesome things in this game without feeling like I am doing too much.
This is a good point. It may be good to get up earlier in the day. If you feel like you really need to exercise, then you can always just get up an hour earlier than you normally do. You get a lot of benefits from going an hour or two earlier and getting out there, but you can also get caught up in the moment and forget to get up.
I find it’s also good to have a routine. We tend to go to bed earlier than we usually do because we don’t want to feel like we’re missing something if we don’t. The same way that if you’re going to go out and get a cup of coffee, you want to stay up until it’s time for the next one. You also want to be in the moment and not have to think about it.
A common mistake I see a lot of people make is that they go out and get a really good workout in the morning, then not go to the gym and do it again at night.
So many people tend to do this. This is one of the reasons we do a lot of our workouts at night too. If you do this, you should also get a good night sleep. I know you’re probably thinking, what about me? I’m doing this right now. This is how I’m feeling right now, so I’m going to do it.
That is good advice. We do a lot of our workouts in the morning, but we also do a lot of those in the evening. This is because we need more sleep and thus our bodies are more ready to be taxed with more work the next day.
Thats the thing though. If you do this, you should also get some real food. It can be the difference between pushing through a long and hard day and being done and feeling better.
If you don’t eat right, you don’t get full. Some people don’t like to eat, but it is an important part of our diet. We really need to make sure that we’re having the right amount of protein, carbs, and fat in our diets. And by no means, you should follow the fad, “three meals a day”. We are not the type of people who eat three meals a day.
