Jenna has a hard time feeling confident about herself, she feels like she has to have a perfect body just to be accepted by others.
This is a common problem for overweight people. Obesity is more than just being overweight. It is a condition where the body is unable to properly utilize its fat storage, and as a result we often put on extra weight. This is due in part to genetics. But it is also due to certain medical conditions that cause our bodies to put on excess weight. Of course, those conditions are often related to the eating habits we tend to have.
To address this, jenna bush hager has recently joined the Fitocracy. As part of this exercise, she is taking a “Weight Loss Challenge” by participating in a six week program that will involve losing 2.5 pounds per week.
