i know this is probably not what you are looking for, but i wanted to share my experience with you. It is a simple workout, however, can be very effective for anyone.
As we’ve already established, yoga can really help us to get rid of stress. But as it turns out, it has a lot to do with how we move as well. The idea of keeping our muscles relaxed is not as simple as just going to a mat and lying down. We have to keep moving our bodies, to use the words of the ancient yogi, Patanjali.
