I’ve been eating well, exercising often, and getting my blood pressure and cholesterol under control. I’ve also been working out, and when I’m not working out, I’m watching my macros, the number on the scale that tells me how much I need to eat, to stay in perfect shape.

Well that’s a pretty good description of myself. Now I’m not a health ranger. I don’t spend a lot of time in the gym, and Im not a fitness fanatic (although I do have a very thorough fitness history). And I don’t really know what a “macro” is. But Im not even sure I do know what a “health ranger” is either. I think a health ranger would be someone who is really good at staying in shape.
A health ranger is a person who always keeps his/her body in perfect condition. People who maintain a high level of fitness have an easier time with illnesses and injuries because they take care of things automatically more than someone with a limited amount of time to do things. It’s good to know how to fix your hair before your next workout so you can impress the gym-going ladies in your town. I know it sounds really obvious, and it is.
That being said, you don’t need to run a marathon and run the half-marathon. There are lots of people who do a lot of exercise and still don’t keep themselves in great shape. The fact is, there are lots of people who get sick a lot and don’t exercise as much as they should at the gym. They don’t exercise as much as they should because exercise is a stressful activity.
Exercise is stress-inducing for a reason. Stress can have many health effects. One of them being an increased incidence of cardiovascular disease, which is the number one cause of death in the United States. So the more you stay active and stay in shape, the less likely you are to end up in a hospital. Many people who workout do it because they enjoy the challenge and the exercise itself.
But as I watched the new trailer for Deathloop, the gym was not only the last place I should be, but also the last place I was going to. I was going to be in a place where I was going to be doing something that was going to be stress inducing. It wasn’t until I saw the new trailer that I realized I was being stressed out.
In Deathloop you are not at the gym to watch people do the same things you are. That is because you are not in the gym, you are in a game. And every game is a little different. The game is your way of playing. And that is why I love this trailer so much. It shows us that this game is being made for a very specific audience. For those who love the challenge of the game, but also don’t really want to do anything.
The health ranger is a special level that is unlocked after you beat the game. The health ranger is a sort of “secret level” that gives your character a special ability, but you have to get it first. Basically, you can get this ability by talking to one of the other party members. But the game has a few different ways to get it, so it’s not that hard.
I do find this game fun, but the health ranger is one of the only parts of the game that I feel has a “down side.” The game is a little too difficult to beat, but it is worth it. The game is a good “pick me up and go for a run” game. It is not “lame” or “dubstep”.
