I’ve had a lot of elbow problems. I also get a lot of shoulder pain, which means the same thing. I also have a bad habit that I like to call “chewing on the elbows.” Because when you do this, you can’t do much work. For example, I need to use a lot of weights on my knees. This takes a lot of power.
