boxing warm up
This boxing warm up is a great way to start your day. There are several ways to get in shape and get ready for your workout, but we like to do it just before we go to bed.

I think the reason I find boxing warm up to be so fun is because it’s not just a workout. It’s also a game, and you are controlling a different boxer each time you do it. So you are working out against a different opponent. You can’t just go around doing the same thing over and over again because the opponent will learn and adapt to you. The same goes for boxing warm-ups.
Well, I guess the answer is YES, but it is also not because I found it to be “fun.” I enjoyed it because it’s different than doing a workout. But I also found it to be a great game.
I think the same can be said for boxing. I think it’s because boxing is a way to relax. If you want to lose yourself in a good workout, you use boxing warm ups. You use boxing warm ups because you are looking to put on a good show. It’s not about getting pumped up and thinking about your opponent.
