I know this may be a bit of a stretch, but I think it’s cool that people are taking this study on board and doing some research into the factors that impact our health.

Its a little confusing because you can gain weight from eating too many calories, which are not converted into muscle and fat, or eating too much of a wrong food. So if you are overweight, you might want to first lose some excess fat to keep your body fat at a healthy level.
